Welcome to BizarreBeasts Kids
Hand-drawn. Totally BIZARRE. Made for kids.
I’m going BIZARRE to share something I have been building: a brand new BizarreBeasts site just for kids!
It is a place where kids can play, color, and make their own BIZARRE creations with hand-drawn BizarreBeasts characters from the animated series coming to DCP+.
No accounts. No ads. No data collection.
Why I Built a Separate Site for Kids
The main BizarreBeasts app is built for a grown-up audience. That is the right home for the BB community, but it is not the right place for kids to interact with BizarreBeasts.
So I created BizarreBeasts Kids, a completely separate site with its own codebase, built from the ground up to be safe for kids to hang out on and have fun.
What that means:
No sign-ups, no logins, no accounts of any kind
No ads and no third-party trackers
No personal data collection
Nothing to buy, nothing to connect, nothing to download to your device
Built kid-safe from the first line of code
What’s Live Today
Three things are ready to jump in to right now:
Play
A growing BIZarcade of hand-drawn BizarreBeasts games, kid-safe and free. Four are playable today: Bizarre Bounce, the Memory Game, TicTacToe, and Treasure Quest. More games are coming soon.
Color
Printable coloring pages of the BizarreBeasts characters from the animated series coming to DCP+. Currently available: Cecil, Hans, Angus, Jasper, Benny, Seymour Sun, Monty Moon, Calzone, Cornelia, and Wasabi.
Every page is the real hand-drawn line art, print-ready in both US Letter and A4. Print it, color it, and share your kid’s (or your own 😉) BizarreBeasts art.
Sticker Studio
Kids can drag and drop BizarreBeasts stickers onto a canvas, add their own text, and build a totally original picture.
There is an easy mode with large, user-friendly buttons and a “more tools” mode for kids who want to do more with their creations. When they are done, one tap saves their artwork as a picture to the device. Nothing gets uploaded anywhere.
What’s Coming Next
The characters starring in the games, coloring pages, and Sticker Studio are the same characters coming to the BizarreBeasts animated series on DCP+ (by Decentralized Pictures) this year!
